Nice observation Scott. I'll look into that.

Yeah, I'd say a light blue or white would work nicely with the quick reply box. A darker colour would be...out of place.

The online/offline buttons look nice, by the way.

Looks better.

Like the better placement of the avatar's and user info.

Thanks, and yeah, the legacy postbit is much better than the new fancy one.

Now, I just need to do something, something with the top, but I'm all out of ideas. Bleh.

I sort of liked the blue top bar myself, actually. Looks a little plain as it is.

Plain's what I'm aiming for though. The old one was a little too "overdone" imo, because I want to, as I said, keep it plain.

The current one is a little too bland though, so I'm gonna work on it.

Well I kinda compromised here - It's quite similar to the first I did, only a little less "needy", in the way the top of a website can be that, anyways.

The line with links below the google ad looks rather strange. It seems to just be the top bar stretched down. It may be good to have that look slightly different.

Anyways, good to see a decent set of smileys, even though I only probably use about 2 anyways.

Anyways, the links bar in the header looks sort of out of place under the Google ad. Looked better under the site name, IMO.

Yeah I know. I need to rework it (AGAIN), but I won't get to it until Sunday, because right now I'm taking a couple of days off.

I think it would be helpful if you made the TalkWebDev Forums banner at the top a link to the main forum page. Simply because it's what most people are used to. If you think about it, a lot of people use phpBB and Invision Free over VB becasue it's free. And in phpBB they have the top image as a link home.
