[WIP] VGRC v7
Yeah. We need some sort of discussion here. Might as well post my newest creation.
CMS and everything is already in place. ( www.vgrc.net) I'm just placing on the new layout before I go to bed on the 30th. The old version had some REALLY sloppy HTML, so one of my goals with this was to make everything cleaner. A friend of mine has been doing some customizations to my copy of Vortex Portal (he was one of the developers of the project before it was replaced with iGaming) so this time, I'll finally be able to get everything to look perfect.
Just looking for suggestions and comments, 'tis all.

The header is really well done, it draws the eye in.
The rest is done well as well, of course, it'll look better with content. Any sneak previews?

Of course!
http://www.vgrc.net/index.php (covered up by a handy .html page, of course)
It looks... not that great at the moment. I still have a lot of integrating to do with the CMS. All the table styles are set to fit the older, larger layout, so there'll be quite a few stretched out or crushed pages. And a bunch of design elements from the old layout.
And I've got a little less than a week to do that and redo the forum skin to match. And finish the unfinished spots.

It doesn't look bad though, although I do think that you should update your avatars. They look too bland against the layout. They should be loud and vibrant, like your ava here. So it attracts the users attention.

The width is fixed, but the background is white? It does not cover the page or expand with it. I would center the content on the page.
Nice and clean, but your java applet crashed Firefox (mac). Ouch lost my whole post.

I hadn't even noticed the white. Just give the entire thing a border with CSS and use the background image that you have for the side bars as the main background.

Of course the background wasn't white. Like I said, it had a lot of work left on it.
Anyways, it's practically done. I'm not too proud of the forum skin, but I'll probably make a new image set in the near future. It's also got some work left on the CMS (I'm still waiting for my comments module, and the boxart refuses to upload now) but that should be nothing.

The forums aren't that bad, at least they follow suit with the site. My forums on my site are like a totally different world XD
