Best Browser
In your opinion, which is the best browser? And let's give some opinions, instead of just saying Browser X.
For me, it has to be Firefox. I was a long time user of Internet Explorer for a long time, before it finally became to much for me. I went on a search for browsers. I toyed with Opera and Netscape for a few months, I didn't really like either of them. Opera had some serious issues with most websites and Netscape, I just never got the feel for it. I never toyed with Mozilla until recently.
I then found out about Firefox. I downloaded it, and I've never looked back. Although for some sites it still refuses flatly to work, such as with my online banking :: frowns :: it's still a brilliant browser. The tabbed browsing is a major bonus, the RSS feeds are done well, the general feel for the browser is good. The extensions really help me out and it's so easily changed to suit your style.
What about you?

Firefox is wonderful. There's not much I can say that other people havn't already said all over the interweb.
Safari is great, too. It's basically just Firefox for OSX, with some small differences. I like the style enough that I use the Safari skin for Firefox.

I've never used Safari as I don't own a Mac. But I know they're getting more popular and they are popular within the web dev world, so I put it up, lol.

Safari uses unusually tall pixel sizes for the <br> tag. So much so that it requires spacers to give the same effect as Firefox and IE have for two breaks.
It also does not have a status bar on the bottom, so when you mouseover a link, you cannot preview where it is going.
As a designer on Macs for years, I am no fan of Safari. Microsoft built a better browser 4 years ago. Firefox and Opera are the tow best browsers and if not for the Firefox extensions -- I would be on Windows.

No status bar? That just sounds very irritating indeed. I prefer being able to see where I'm going.
Although Firefox does have its issues, such as crashing at the most irritating moments, with each release it's become more and more stable, and it's extensions are just so helpful.
