Purely for offline development needs, does anyone have any tips on turning a pc into a private localhost?
I did use PHPTriad before and I had an old Windows 98 machine running Apache as well but it's been a while since I last setup a localhost and I'm a bit rusty on the matter.
Tips appreciated.

Not to worry I've managed to do it anyway. I might post a tutorial up later on this matter.
