People are noticing strange behaviour in Google's public PageRank system, including we here at TWD (just look in the what's your PageRank thread). Services such as PageRank.net are messed up, and the Google toolbar is just greyed out where the PR for a site should be. Some people are now even speculating that the public displayal of PageRank is actually dead. You can see some peoples thoughts about this here, here and here. Generally the overall value of PR was way to hyped. I am glad that it seems to be going away. Hopefully it won't return either. I don't really know much about this "TrustRank", but I'm going to look in to that.
