Default Firefox 1.5 Beta

Who's got this? I'm trying to stay away from it at the moment. I don't want to be stuck with a browser that crashes all the time. Although I'd usually test out FF beta software, this time, I feel that it's better if someone else does it.

Anyone got it? How much better is it truely?

I'm having trouble, and it's not the internet connection.

All that I can think of is that it may be something to do with your settings. I've never actually had a problem with Firefox...

Well my entire compy is acting up.
It won't let me uninstall fox, and I tried a system restore to a day before I got 1.5 and that didn't work.

I can't see why it would do that to be honest. Beta technology usually doesn't destroy your entire computer.

Fox definitely wasn't the cause of my compy acting up. However, I still can't get 1.5 to load completely.

A friend successfully downloaded it and said it was decent. Didn't get too specific but said some improvements were made. Still way ahead of I.E.

I've not used the beta, as I said, but it is.

Apparently FF beta has improved some CSS rendering a little. Not that I'm sure how that'd work. I'm not really aware of any major CSS issues with FF.
